Steve brings to real estate a real-world professional background that puts empathy at the forefront of everything he does. Steve and his wife Gayla are long time residents of Central Texas, and both share a love for the region and thoroughly enjoy discovering and finding solutions for each client’s unique interests and needs. Experience gained in their prior careers—Gayla’s in the oil and gas industry (first in marketing and later as a scheduler) and Steve’s in purchasing—equips them with a keen attention to the details while keeping their clients’ overarching goals in mind. They are especially adept at finding uncommon solutions to the many twists and turns that can accompany real estate purchases and sales and strive for fast, easy, and streamlined closings for buyers and sellers alike.
Steve is a graduate of Incarnate Word University, and earned his MBA at Wayland Baptist University. He brings a knack for numbers, contracts, and negotiating great deals, as well as a keen knowledge of the area. He is a true life-learner, consistently striving to better serve clients through continuing education. Steve holds the following designations and memberships: GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), RENE (Real Estate
Negotiation Expert), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). He has also received specialized training in the areas of new construction, vacant land, surveys, reverse mortgages, marital property rights, and numerous other real estate topics of interest.
